Paris: Brunch at Claus
If you're the type of person that loves brunch, then Paris is the place for you. There are so many Parisian brunch and coffee spots that will fulfill all of your expectations. Like in many cities, there is a list of "trendy" place. Claus is one of those places. I had seen it on countless instagram stories, blog posts, and featured on "Best Brunch in Paris" lists. I really had no idea where it was even located until one day I was out and about about stumbled upon it.
Tip #1: Make a reservation! I remember my friend waiting in a line outside for an hour and a half to get a table. There are a limited number of tables in the restaurant, like many restaurants in Paris, so they tend to fill up quick. We made a reservation for 11 am on a Wednesday and it was the perfect time. We were actually completely alone for about half our meal. It made the experience so much more enjoyable having space and not feeling rushed.
Claus has a lot of options from pastries, to juice, to eggs served any way you'd like, and so much more. It was hard to choose!
you have to try...
The French toast with tarragon whipped cream and pineapple, or save room for dessert and go for eggs and bacon
Claus is located in a great shopping district of Paris, so grab brunch and make a day of it.
Cucumber, ginger, fennel, and so much more! Yummmm
Address: 2 Rue Clement, 75006 Paris
